You’ll Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for Service Centers in Canada. Power without pause. What you’ll do as Operation Administrator: - You will be working out of the Toronto or Edmonton Service center - Execute administrative tasks, including purchase order (PO) requests for parts, shop, and operating supplies for all Canadian Service centers - Support financial functions for the Operations team, including but not limited to daily purchasing transactions - Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) and cross-functional teams - Connect with vendors for goods delivery and manage shipment inquiries to ensure timely supply distribution - Build strong vendor relationships to streamline purchasing activities and maintain effective coordination - Provide basic reporting and analysis for management, assisting with procurement process updates as nee...
