Description UCFS is looking for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others! We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate per diem RN for our Ross Adult Day Center to utilize their expertise in providing general nursing care to the participants at the Adult Day Center according to their needs. Schedule will range from several 8:00am- 4:30pm shifts per month. SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES: - In the absence of the RN Supervisor, supervises the day-to-day operations of the adult day center, the Program Aide/Van Drivers and/or the Transportation Meal Site Coordinator - Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws - This position has no direct reports ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assess and monitor clients’ health changes; follow-up as appropriate with family members, care givers, physicians, treatment providers and involved agencies - Review clients’ medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician/provider, administer and document medications and treatments - Complete and maintain appropriate records and reporting, including resident documentation, statistical data, attend...
