General Summary Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all contracting, procurement coordination, project financial management, project management system administration, and document management functions within the Design & Construction (FD&C) division. This role ensures that capital projects are supported by compliant, efficient, and transparent business processes including contract development, budget tracking, financial reporting, lifecycle documentation, and system workflows. Oversees the teams managing contract execution, Oracle requisitioning, project controls reporting, and the division's project management system, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions: - Supervises and mentors staff in contracting, document management, PMIS administration, and financial reporting functions.
