Position Summary Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ops Production Manager I provides overall leadership and operational oversight for all project site functions, including engineering, planning, reclamation field operations, and equipment maintenance. This role ensures the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of all activities in alignment with contractual obligations, company standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements. The Ops Production Manager I is responsible for driving high standards of safety, health, and environmental performance while ensuring that project milestones are delivered on schedule and within budget. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position has direct supervisory responsibility for superintendents, supervisors, planners, and other site personnel.
