Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and employee-focused HR Specialist to join our HR Employee Services team. In this role you will be responsible for providing support to employees on a wide range of HR-related topics, collaborating with other HR teams, and contributing to a positive employee experience through consistent and effective service delivery. Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Support: Process employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding, job changes, and terminations in line with established procedures and service levels. HR Systems & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and resolutions in the HR service platform ensuring compliance, and alignment with global HR policies. Employee Inquiries & Case Management: Support internal employees on HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries through the HR case management system. Ensure timely and accurate handling of employee requests in accordance with internal standards and service levels.
