Your Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision of Regulatory Specialist II and Regulatory Specialist III positions for the Board of Nursing Licensure Unit to include monitoring the behavior and performance for staff and completing evaluations by established deadlines, planning and directing their work, approving requests for leave, approving timesheets, filing vacant positions, training, and taking disciplinary action or effectively recommending such actions.
