Job description

Position Profile The Field Representative I, Fulfillment provides operational support within a fulfillment center environment. This role supports one or more service areas, including high‑volume printing, copying, shipping and receiving, mail services, and postage application. The position operates previously calibrated equipment to produce large‑volume print jobs and may also provide copier maintenance and repair at customer sites. Additional responsibilities may include bindery work, quality control, final checks, housekeeping, file services, call center assistance, reception support, meeting setup, and light building maintenance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate high‑volume printing equipment, including production machines in a mechanically sophisticated print environment; perform binding and finishing work. - Set up and run all applications across assigned equipment. - Ensure convenience copiers are operating properly by conducting daily inspections; clear paper jams and report technical issues to service technicians. - Perform all copier repair and service tasks on customer equipment. - Maintain records for management reporting and supply inventory tracking. - Distri...
