Job description

Working Conditions: - Work conditions will vary between the manufacturing floor and office environment. - Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. - Frequent walking throughout the manufacturing plant is required. - Must be able to work days, nights, overtime, and weekends as needed. - Occasional travel may be required. Qualifications: Position Summary: The Operations Manager is responsible for directing the day-to-day manufacturing operations of the facility, including production management and scheduling, materials management, shipping and receiving, machine utilization, quality standards, plant capacity, material requirements planning, cost containment, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. This position ensures the quality and timely production of whole goods and parts in accordance with the production schedule.
