Senior Product Development Associate

Job description

The Senior Product Development Associate will work alongside the Product Development team in managing and tracking the development cycle for all categories across both Men’s and Women’s. As a Senior Product Development Associate, you will own and communicate our development needs and deadlines to vendors and cross functional teams. Primary Responsibilities: - Understand aesthetic and technical direction of product to guide decisions. - Own all steps of product development process for categories under management. - Responsible for launching and tracking new developments from design to vendors. - Manage and update Tech Packs & BOMs with Tech and Design teams. - Manage and maintain Tracker reports for categories under management. - Gather, review & negotiate costing. - Ensure all developments meet calendar requirements. - Own the development requests & monitor delivery of samples from vendors. Report status to cross functional teams & troubleshoot roadblocks. - Work directly with domestic and import vendors on development, sample tracking and maintaining deadlines. - Communicate daily regarding sample timing, production issues, and product management; address and manage exceptions. -...
