Job DetailsJob Location: Tamuning, GU 96931SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The line cook passionately prepares, portions, and cooks food items to Outback’s quality specifications. Follows established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures 2. Maintains a clean and food-safe environment at all times. 3. Passionately prepares, portions, and/or cooks food items to quality specifications 4. Assesses ingredients and items for freshness and quality, and rotates product appropriately. 5. Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies 6. Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions 7. Ensures that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion. 8. Performs other related duties as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is in a kitchen setting with exposure to extreme temperatures (above 140 degrees / below 40 degrees) and loud environment.
