Job Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager who leads with clarity, drives outcomes, and thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment. In this role, you will guide and coordinate our engineering teams within a matrix organization — helping them develop technically sound solutions for complex problems, while working closely with Product and Operations to align priorities, remove blockers, and build a high-performance engineering culture. Your Responsibilities: - Lead, develop, and retain a team of software engineers — you own feedback cycles, development plans, performance management, and conflict resolution - Navigate a matrix organization with confidence: coordinate across Engineering, Product, and Operations, manage competing priorities, and keep all stakeholders aligned - Shape and maintain the engineering roadmap in close alignment with Product and company goals, and actively contribute to quarterly planning - Support key architecture decisions in close collaboration with your team leads — providing direction without micromanaging the technical details - Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation proactively across the relevant teams - Foster an AI-first min...
