Position Summary: The Environmental Services Manager ensures the facility is maintained in compliance with all applicable licensing and accreditation standards while providing leadership and direction to the Housekeeping staff as a member of the Facilities team. Qualifications: Responsibilities: 1. Work hours prescribed and any additional hours deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned. Be available on-call by phone for emergency situations. Extended hours outside of regular working hours may be required. 2. Supervise the Housekeeper staff including orientation, training, regular supervisory meetings and/or feedback, scheduled evaluations and disciplinary interventions as required. 3.
