About Starick Starick is a not-for-profit organisation operating primarily in the Perth Metropolitan South-East Corridor. Starick supports women, children and young people experiencing and escaping family and domestic violence across the continuum of prevention, early intervention, crisis and healing. About the Role: This position is part of an innovative partnership pilot project between Starick and Anglicare WA to provide specialist responses to family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV) in multiple GP Clinics across the Southeast Metro. Working as part of an integrated team, you will provide direct support to child and adult victim-survivors while building the capacity of GP Clinics to respond to FDSV. You will work collaboratively with GP clinic staff to integrate case work practice and systems, conduct risk assessments and safety planning, and facilitate effective referral pathways to specialist FDSV services. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a whole-of-practice FDSV-aware culture within GP clinics while ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support for individuals impacted by FDSV.
