Associate Delivery Enablement Coordinator , CT&M The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Coordinator are to : provide day-to-day support of the Global/NAM Delivery Enablement team who train and develop Career Transition and Career Mobility team members (colleagues and freelancers/associates) by identifying the current and future tools and resources to deliver the highest quality of service to candidates and customers; and partner with Delivery Enablement Leader s and Product Management/Marketing to ensure LHH's delivery practices and skills remain relevant and aligned with LHH methodologies . This role provides essential coordination and administrative support to advance CT&M delivery services, ensuring alignment with the latest trends, technologies, and developments to maintain our leading position in the market.
