Description The Department of Psychology at the University of New Haven invites applications for a Lecturer position (Non-Tenure Track) beginning August 23, 2021 The successful applicant for this position will teach core undergraduate courses such as Introduction to Psychology, Statistics, and Research Methods as well as upper level courses in their area of specialization. Specialization is open but special consideration will be given to Cognitive, Health, or Physiological Psychology. An earned PhD degree in Psychology is required (ABD will be considered). . The successful candidate must be a dynamic instructor and able to teach using online, hybrid, and face-to-face modalities. Advising undergraduate students is also expected. Experience in leading thesis or research projects is beneficial. A commitment to serving culturally, ethnically, and linguistically diverse communities is expected.
