The Opportunity: The Sr. Technical Implementation Specialist (TIS) is responsible for owning, designing, and delivering high-complexity configuration solutions using P3L, our proprietary Python-based pricing language, while leading the deployment of standard ERP integrations. This role blends deep technical and manufacturing expertise with structured process discovery, change management, and clear definition of customer goals to ensure solutions are aligned to measurable business outcomes. By leveraging these inputs, the Sr. TIS designs and executes the appropriate configuration, integration, training, and testing strategies required to enable customer success and guide organizations effectively through operational change.
