Job description

Assists the Process Change Manager and coordinate the development of solutions and projects as assigned. The Assistant Process Change Manager will direct the use of Lean Tools and Six Sigma Methods to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development and rollout. Support Supply Chain objectives and coordination with cross functional teams within divisions and suppliers. Develop solutions working collaboratively with divisions, suppliers. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety. - Lead process design of streamlined enterprise-level business processes that increase efficiencies, decrease cost, and focus on Friendly and Fresh organizational initiatives - Lead and develop Subject Matter Experts and Initiatives managers in regard to process and solution development. - Establish and maintain relationships with corporate and division leadership by documenting and defining business processes - Guide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current and future state processes - Set process modeling and documentation standards and update standards - Partner with divisions, and suppliers to develop and im...
