About the Role: We're hiring a People Operations Specialist to be the connective tissue of our team member experience and to be an integral part of how we continue to innovate and reimagine how we do this work. This is a hands-on, executional role for someone who genuinely loves owning the details, but who also brings a builder's instinct: a forward thinker who looks at our current practices and sees how we can uplevel them without limits.
