Black & McDonald is seeking a Shift Operator located in North Bay Ontario. The position typically reports directly to the Facility Supervisor. The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Carry out the day-to-day execution of operations and monitoring programs to ensure uninterrupted tenant operations and that asset integrity is maintained either directly or via building automation systems - Maintain comfort levels to building environment through the computerized building automation system or manual systems - Monitor the Building Automation Systems (BAS) and respond to alarms and system notifications.
