Company Description Barrière is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Director As a strategic business partner, The Global Compensation & Benefits Director will lead the development and execution of Barrière’s global total rewards strategy. This role will strategically align Barrière’s rewards structure with business objectives while integrating and optimizing the use of our HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline our compensation and benefits processes. The Director will foster a fair, cost-effective, and legally compliant rewards environment across international markets, driving consistency and efficiency in managing global pay and benefits programs. Job Description: KEY RESPONSABILITIES: Compensation Strategy & Management: Design and implement the ‘Total Rewards’ strategy. Establish a job evaluation and benchmarking system to ensure internal equity and the Group’s competitive positioning. M&A : Lead C&B audits (due diligence) and post-acquisition harmonization.
