Job DetailsJob Location: Montebello Container - La Mirada, CA 90638Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $20.54 - $20.54 HourlyTravel Percentage: NoneJob Category: ManufacturingSUMMARY: Responsible for general labor duties, including the proper disposal of all waste materials and recyclable paper products throughout the facility. Assemble various items including foam, corrugated, and any other material that will be used for certain packaging requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Counting and stacking finished product: Reading factory orders Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions Clean up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap. Apply proper load tag Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.
