Senior Advisor – Emergency Preparedness and Crisis Management

You will strengthen our team and our emergency response organization's ability to handle crises and emergency situations for our customers. We are looking for someone who has a great commitment to Crisis Management and Emergency Preparedness. You have strong pedagogical skills and a high degree of communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. We are looking for a person with a solid background and experience in emergency management at operational, tactical and strategic levels. You have commercial flair and will contribute to strengthening our customer relationships through your expertise. You will have general knowledge of the organisation of emergency preparedness in society. It is an advantage if you have experience from the energy, oil and gas industry. The position is varied and involves teaching, counselling, development of courses and teaching materials as well as participation in on-call arrangements from our emergency response centre. After training, you will be able to fill the role of emergency manager for our emergency response teams and handle sharp emergency situations from our emergency response center in Sandnes.
