Delivery Operations Specialist

Job description

The Delivery Operations Specialist will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be to determine financial outcomes by collecting operation data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. This role provides support to throughout the life cycle of our Outsourced North America F&A deals and clients. The primary areas of support and project for this role include but are not limited to Business Development, Client Orals, Due Diligence, Knowledge Transfer, Service Recovery, Process Improvement and Red Journey Customer support. Key Responsibilities: Interpret day-to-day business objectives and prepare/execute operational practices/work programs Demonstrate expert knowledge of all processes and related systems to effectively preform responsibilities. Allocate resources & responsibilities across the team to deliver business results.
