Purpose: To perform skilled work in an electrical generation, mechanical and electrical utility, and chilling station environment. Responsibilities: Assists and is trained to install, maintain, and repair plant equipment and utility systems. Assists in performing periodic inspections of major mechanical and electrical equipment and chilled water systems. Installation may include welding in accordance with ASME and AWS standards.
