This role ensures consistency in mix design, supports plant operations, and drives production quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee batch plant quality control operations. Ensure accuracy and consistency of concrete mix designs. Monitor and maintain production quality standards. Support plant operations and coordination between QC and production. Manage and support production teams and drivers. Identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in the concrete industry (ready-mix or related). Strong understanding of batch plant operations and production workflows. Education & Certifications: Industry experience required; certifications preferred.
