We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual (English & Spanish) Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support our attorneys in handling a diverse range of personal injury cases. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in our legal processes and directly contribute to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. Requirements: Qualifications: - Case Management: Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the litigation process. - Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents for state and federal court proceedings. - Discovery Coordination: Assist in propounding and responding to discovery requests, conducting research, and summarizing depositions and medical records. - Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, keeping clients...
