Overview Location: NBHC Meridian: Work Schedule: Performance hours are as follows: The healthcare worker (HCW) shall normally provide services for 80 hours per two-week period. Services shall be required for a period of 8.5 to 9 hours, including an uncompensated .5 hour or 1 hour lunch break, depending on shift length, between the hours of 0600 and 1800, Monday through Friday. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide less than or in excess of eighty (80) hours per two (2) week pay period.
