Summary: Mixes and serves beverages for customers according to established guest service standards. Qualifications: - Greets guests immediately. - Takes drink and/or food orders from customers or beverage servers. - Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumption - Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines. - Collects payment and follows cash handling procedures. - Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies. - Washes glasses. - Maintains clean and sanitary bar area. - Resolves guest complaints. - Performs all other duties as assigned. - Must be 18 years of age or older. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Three or more years of related experience preferred. - Must be available to work flex...
