Product Manager, Partner Banking

Job description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Translate the Partner Banking product strategy into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans while managing day‑to‑day execution, including backlog prioritization, testing, and launch coordination. - Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to design, develop, and deliver new features and core platform capabilities. - Partner cross‑functionally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure all products meet regulatory, legal, and policy standards. - Support partner discovery, onboarding, and ongoing relationship needs by clearly representing product capabilities, constraints, and roadmap direction. - Conduct market, competitive, and partner research to identify new product opportunities and enhancements, using stakeholder feedback to inform prioritization. - Track and report key product performance metrics, adoption data, and operational outcomes to guide continuous improvement. - Manage vendor and third‑party platform considerations and prepare product documentation, including roadmap updates and stakeholder or partner‑facing material.
