Job Summary Lutheran Hospital Registered Nurse Med Surg 4B NEW PAY RATES FOR 2026!: Full time: .9 FTE (36 hours per week) Shift: nights 7p-7a Welcome bonus eligible up to $35,000! The Med Surg 4B team is a 24 bed unit made up of new and seasoned nurses who offer great support and shared knowledge to set the team up for success. Primary focus will be patients with renal failure, acute kidney disease, end stage kidney disease, along with post-op GI, Colorectal, Bariatric or OBGYN patients.
