We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housing and Residential Support Coordinator at Rediscovery Independent Living ! We are an independent living program that houses young men and women ages 18 to 24 years old in small efficient-type apartments or shared living housing. Our program is designed to support the youth we serve as they become successful and productive community members. The Housing and Residential Support Coordinator is responsible for ensuring youth in independent living programs have access to safe and stable housing. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including securing and coordinating housing placements, collaborating with landlords, planning move-in and move-out logistics, and conducting ongoing unannounced residential safety checks. This role effectively merges housing placement, landlord coordination, and apartment safety checks. Schedule: This position is full-time, 32 hours per week. Compensation: The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour .
