Willdan Lighting & Electric currently has an opening for a Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program Manager in our New York, NY office. The candidate must be able to work in a collaborative environment with engineering, program operations, sales/outreach, data analytics teams, and primarily with client stakeholders. This role is responsible for managing program pipeline, ensuring delivery of energy efficiency savings, maintaining strong client relationships, and leading program teams to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities: - Drive all aspects of program delivery including program management, contractor recruitment and training, outreach, QA/QC and inspections, energy engineering coordination, data management, reporting, and financial tracking. - Manage and monitor the program pipeline to ensure consistent project flow, timely execution, and achievement of savings targets. - Lead the program team by setting direction, providing guidance, and tracking performance to ensure successful outcomes for the Company and its clients. - Serve as a primary interface with the client, providing regular updates on program performance, addressing issues, and ensuring alignment with client expe...
