Job Description: Supply Excellence Manager (Total Productive Maintenance) The Supply Excellence Manager is a critical member of the site leadership team accountable for the overall implementation and success of Mars Supply Excellence (MSE) (Total Productive Maintenance). What can you expect from Mars? #On-site #LI-AS2 - 5 years’ TPM experience within a manufacturing environment - Experience in implementation of TPM programs, preferably during the initial implementation phases - Proven track record in managing teams and driving operational excellence - Proven experience as a coach/trainer/mentor.
