As Head of Health & Safety - Events and Broadcast, you will lead H&S across Global’s Events and Broadcast portfolio, supporting the safe delivery of live events, outside broadcasts, experiential activations, premium content, podcasts, video content creation, property-related activity and other creative work across the UK and internationally, while overseeing safeguarding risks where relevant. You will provide strategic leadership, expert advice and visible assurance in a complex, fast-paced operational environment. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, regulators, licensing authorities and commercial partners, you will ensure H&S is embedded from concept through to delivery. You will also help maintain and improve Global’s wider H&S governance, standards and culture, aligned to our Integrated Management System and ISO 45001 approach.
