What You Will Do: Establishes and maintains files and filing systems in accordance with the Divisions policies and procedures. Responsible for all Division employee files, to include accurate attendance records- all files are electronically maintained in the current HR Software system. File all disciplinary documentation and ensure it’s entered into the HR software system timely. Data entry and reporting.
