About The Role Join the team at Laverton with InfraBuild Manufacturing as a Senior Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and improving plant performance over the long term. You will lead engineering design and reliability initiatives across mechanical, civil, structural and services systems. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment is safe, fit-for-purpose, and operating at optimal performance. A major focus of the role is identifying and eliminating high-impact, recurring failures. Rather than applying short-term fixes, you’ll use your technical expertise to implement sustainable solutions that improve reliability and reduce downtime. Working closely with the Maintenance Superintendent and broader teams, you’ll drive improvement initiatives, optimise equipment through modification, and strengthen maintenance strategies across the plant.
