Job description

Description Anoplate is seeking an Environmental Systems Operator to perform maintenance of Anoplate's environmental systems in order to achieve full compliance with local, county and federal agencies. The Environmental Systems Operator is responsible for properly treating solutions once their usefulness has expired, discarding and making up new processing baths and rinses, and making chemical additions in a way that minimizes the impact to the environment, and keeps production processes running at optimum performance. Shift: Sunday through Thursday 9:15pm-5:45pm Duties: - Performs hazardous waste handling, labeling and record keeping as required by OSHA & ISO with instruction. - Pumps, transfers, stores and/or treats solutions that are no longer viable for processing, as scheduled. - Performs bath cleaning and maintenance. Assures all aspects of tanks are ready for processing solutions. (i.e. filters changed, bottom & side walls free of oil, dirt, grime, plate out, probes and controller feed tubes properly installed) - Weighs/measures chemicals and make additions to processing baths, utilizing clean containers and hoses at all times. - Communicate concerns regarding the plating ba...
