Job Description Position Overview: Outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working and highly motivated individual to join our EMEA Managed Services delivery team. MRI is looking for a high-performing individual to support across its property accounting outsourcing function within the commercial, residential & social housing space. The Property Accountant will be expected to visit client sites and could be responsible for leading across a breadth of clients within the different sectors. You’ll be tasked with delivering and managing clients’ expectations & workloads, leveraging our global delivery teams for accounting support. Responsibilities: Own the client engagement covering the end-to-end Service Charge activities from budgeting through to year end processes. Producing compliant accounts in line with lease terms and Technical Release 03/11. Working with the global delivery team to allocate tasks, review and deliver on client engagements. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify delivery efficiencies where applicable.
