Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000: Location: Office from Colorado (Denver Area) Job Summary: The Contract Maintenance Manager oversee all aspects of the project(s) to which he/she is assigned. The successful CMM will be able to interact and provide detailed communications with all DAWSON staff, the client, sub-contractors, and suppliers. The CMM will manage a team, multiple schedules, work/task orders, balance multiple administrative responsibilities, source parts/materials, ensure safe execution of field work, and deliver quality work product as defined by DAWSON, clients, and regulatory agencies.
