Position Summary: This position will be based in the Albuquerque/Santa Fe, NM Area. The purpose of this role is to oversee the general upkeep of the building and its infrastructure to ensure that the facilities are always safe and functional. The facility maintenance technicians will manage general technical repairs which includes but not limited to inspecting and fixing HVAC and electrical systems and plumbing, applying new coats of paint and trimming bushes and grass on facility grounds. They will manage routine maintenance and emergency repairs to prevent and resolve safety or comfort issues.
