Job description

The Manager of Student Services will be a student-focused professional to develop a holistic support structure for our student body. In this role, identify and manage resources students need to succeed, building meaningful relationships with adult learners who are balancing education with work, family, and life transitions. Have the opportunity to directly impact student success by creating connections, removing barriers, and ensuring every student feels supported throughout their educational journey. Responsibilities: Supervisory Responsibilities: - Oversee the Student Services department and Student Services Coordinator (where applicable). - Ensure effective communication about student concerns between Education and Student Services. - Understand the importance of triaging student needs with other Education Leaders. - Responsible for overall success of Student Services department's ability to provide adequate resources for students that ensure their success.
