Press Operator Rogers, AR: Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm Job Summary and Mission: Run multiple Osterwalder, Dorst, or PCT presses producing a quality product to blueprint specifications. Key Job Responsibilities: - Set up and operate a multitude of CNC Carbide Presses which may include the following machines: Dorst, Osterwalder, or PCT. Computer controlled setup of these machines. - Make adjustment to CNC programs as a part of setup. - Load and off-load trays from multiple presses. - Gage parts to insure proper dimensions. - Scope parts to verify visual characteristics. - Selecting and weighing Tungsten powder for pressing into green parts. - Separate scrap from good parts document accurately. - Scan correct production...
