This role provides critical support to Program Business Managers (PBMs) by maintaining program reporting, updating schedules, and performing financial analysis. The PBM defines the structure and strategy; the BMA ensures accurate execution and timely updates across MS Project schedules, earned value reporting, and financial forecasts.
