Description This is a full time position with GNS Electric Inc. The Field Operations Coordinator supports the Operations Manager by providing consistent field oversight across active projects. This role conducts regular jobsite walks, verifies progress against project plans and schedules, monitors labor and material performance, and collaborates closely with Project Managers and field leadership. The Field Operations Coordinator functions as an early-warning system for the organization by identifying risks, gaps, inefficiencies, and cost drivers before they escalate into schedule delays or budget overruns. This position plays a critical role in promoting safe, efficient, and accountable field execution. Key Responsibilities: Field Oversight and Job Walks: - Conduct daily or scheduled jobsite walks across active projects - Verify completed work against project plans and schedules - Review current General Contractor schedules and compare them to baseline contract schedules - Confirm project compliance with the most recent GC schedule through field verification - When projects are not in compliance, coordinate with the General Superintendent and field leadership to support development...
