Contract type: Permanent Location: London Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based Closing date: Tuesday 19th May Royal London Asset Management is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to play a leadership role within the Financial Reporting & Control team. This role has end‑to‑end accountability for statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, capital and liquidity oversight, and delivery of high‑quality financial insight across the RLAM group. You will lead core accounting and regulatory processes, manage and develop a small team, and act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, including the CFO. Alongside delivery, you will drive continuous improvement in controls, processes and systems, and support strategic activity such as M&A and the establishment of new business divisions.
