Midtown is looking for a Tennis Facilities Associate to ensure that our outdoor tennis facilities run smoothly. The Position As an integral part of the facilities team, our Tennis Facilities Associates ensure a safe and high functioning environment for members, guests, and associates. Tennis Facilities Associate responsibilities: · Report directly to the Facility Manager · Complete daily maintenance and troubleshooting of outdoor tennis courts and other outdoor areas · Complete and respond to all assigned work orders, trouble calls, and emergency facility calls regarding outdoor areas · Coordinate and execute outdoor tennis court maintenance under direction of Tennis Facilities Manager in coordination with the Raquet Sports Manager · Consistently present a pleasant, attentive and courteous attitude toward members, guests and fellow associates · Take pride in themselves and their work Tennis Facilities Associate requirements: · Have experience or be ready to train on hard courts, clay courts and red clay courts daily maintenance · Understand or be ready to train on irrigation systems · Perform labor and detail-oriented work outdoors · Flexibility to complete other tasks, both relate...
