Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check. Essential Job Duties: We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help build and scale BambooHR’s AI platform, powering the next generation of intelligent product experiences. This team creates the foundation for AI-first development across the company, including LLM orchestration, agent frameworks, and observability systems that enable other teams to confidently build and operate AI-driven features. As part of this effort, you’ll lead initiatives that embed intelligence directly into the product—using customer context to surface signals, recommend next steps, and take action on behalf of users, with thoughtful human oversight for critical decisions.
