Overview The Gilbane Development Company is hiring a Marketing Specialist - Real Estate Development , to support the planning and execution of project-specific marketing and community engagement initiatives across Gilbane Development’s new developments. The role supports new development projects from pre‑development through construction and lease‑up. The role will report to Gilbane Development’s vice president of marketing but will work very closely with marketing directors and developers across vertical business lines. Responsibilities: Project & Portfolio Marketing Management: - Develop and maintain marketing schedules for multiple development projects, working with marketing directors, development directors and project joint venture partners as necessary. - Coordinate marketing deliverables across pre-development, construction, and lease-up phases, and beyond as may be necessary. - Manage vendors, schedules, and marketing budgets in coordination with development teams. - Serve as the day‑to‑day marketing contact for assigned projects. - Standardize processes and vendors to ensure best practices and best-in-class marketing practices are applied across the portfolio.
