Job Summary: Work Hours: 2nd Shift (M-F, 3 pm - 12 Midnight) Overview : The Production Manager - 2nd Shift will lead 250 personnel responsible for end-to-end Server RMA (Return Material Authorization) operations, who support a hyperscale customer server environment. This role is responsible for managing high-volume, high-complexity production activities including server disassembly, diagnosis, repair, refurbishment, reassembly, testing, and quality assurance, while consistently meeting stringent SLA, cost, quality, and delivery targets.
