Description Position Overview: Blue Trust is seeking a strategic, detail and data-driven Controller who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven role directing accounting operations, implementing controls and policies adhering to GAAP and regulatory requirements, overseeing treasury management and multi-unit close and reporting processes while also collaborating with the CFO and leadership to forecast, budget and drive strategic initiatives. This role develops and manages accounting staff and ensures operational excellence across all financial functions and business units.
